Nuit Blanche comes to Guelph
Nuit Blanche comes from Paris, to Toronto, and now to Guelph. From sunset to sunrise, an integrated series of special performances and multi-media events with jazz and improvisation at their core. We'll transform festival venues into active sites of all-night community spectacle. The full Nuit Blanche program will be announced July 21.
Guelph Jazz Festival wins major arts award
The Guelph Jazz Festival recently won the Ontario Premier's Award for Excellence in the Arts, beating out five other finalists in the Arts Organization category. It was the third year in a row that the festival has been nominated for the award. It carries a cash award and strong provincial recognition for the 17-year-old jazz festival.
